Nick and I have lived in Elmhurst since April of 2011. Raising our daughters in this wonderful community, we feel moving here was one of our best decisions. Elmhurst offers so many opportunities to learn, engage, and connect with within our own community and we cannot imagine a better place to live and raise our family.

I began my career in education at New Trier High School in 2003 as a teacher in Business Education for 6 years and held numerous leadership positions before taking on the role of Assistant Principal through 2022. I have earned a B.S. in Marketing from Northern Illinois University, an M.A. in Secondary Education from Roosevelt University, and a certification in School Administration from Concordia University Chicago.

Now an educational consultant, I focus my efforts on providing individualized support to parents and students as they navigate their college search and approach important decisions related life after high school. More specifically, I provide consult in the areas of career exploration, college research and the college admissions process including college essay writing.

Much of my free time is spent volunteering as the team manager for my kids soccer teams and in my role as the current President of the Elmhurst CUSD205 School Board.
